Locations and wrong-spot checks are off for now, and
nothing is being recorded as “no location”. Reload when you have a good signal.
Put your initials in before you scan.
Everything you record carries who did it — without
that, the office gets a list from nobody.

Trying…
It keeps retrying on its own. Everything you have already scanned is safe on this phone — walk
toward signal and it will save itself. If it never does, use ⚙ → Export a file.
🛒 0 to order · 0 unit(s)saved — pick it up on the computer
No SKUs yet. Tap “Scan a tag”, snap the barcode, and it fills in the SKU automatically.
What COACH is for — the three things that happen on the floor: collecting and ordering
outs, putting the truck away, and counting. It records who did what, where and when, and hands
over the lists. Those get worked on a computer: import into Flitch to order a truck or make
inventory adjustments, or print tags.
Pair a Bluetooth barcode gun and pull the trigger — the box below stays focused, so nothing needs tapping first. You can also type a SKU or UPC there. Discontinued items get flagged, and the list saves on this phone. If a phone has no gun, turn on Camera scanning under ⚙ to get a live viewfinder instead.
On a Zebra or other rugged handheld the trigger types straight into the box, so the
on-screen keyboard is turned off automatically — switch it back on under ⚙ if you need to type.
Scan or type an incoming item to see where it goes.
Locate mode — scan an item that just came in and it shows where it goes on the shelf plus any substitute / running-change note. Nothing is added to your outs list here. All brand variants and substitutes of the same item resolve to one SKU, so scan whatever’s on the box.
🏗 Printing tags is being built. Right now this holds tags flagged while walking Outs or
Stocking and makes the bin-label file. Large-format tags and scanning items to print
here are still to come.
Tags to print: 0
No tags yet. When a scan flags OLD TAG, CLOSEOUT or DISCONTINUED, tap the 🏷 button on that line to add it here.
Tags mode — a separate list, kept apart from your outs. Add a line with the 🏷 button in Outs, or Wrong or faded tag in Stocking. Export makes a UPC,Location,SKU,Description,Retail,StockingUOM file that drops straight into the bin label program. UPCs are written as 12-digit UPC-A so the barcode prints. Retail is the branch's Flitch price where we have it, otherwise DIB retail — the source is shown on each line.
Counting : 0
Scan or type an item to start counting for this branch.
Count mode — scan or type an item, then set the counted quantity. Default is type the count (or use − / +); tap ×N on a line to switch that item to tally so each scan adds one. Export makes a sku,end_qty file for Flitch → Create Inventory Adjustment → Import And Save. Uses Flitch's own product list, so the count is in Flitch SKUs. Counts save on this phone, kept separate per branch.
Who delivered this?
Whose truck is it?
Newest first. Check the order
against the driver's paperwork before you start counting.
Received: 0
Scan what came off the truck. Count what is actually there —
the paperwork is checked afterwards, in the office.
Receiving — scan every item that physically arrived and set the quantity. Tap the flag on
a line to mark it damaged or not on the order. The office gets a worksheet to check
against the purchase order and to start a claim where one is needed. COACH does not post
anything to Flitch.
